Description: The Float Pool RN will provide care in a variety of
medical surgical settings. Candidates must have experience in
telemetry and interpretation of dysrhythmias. Management of
dysrhythmias is a key responsibility. Previous charge experience is
preferred. The position requires the ability to handle patient
ratios of 6 during days, nights, and weekends. Interdisciplinary
support will be available, including physical therapy, respiratory
services, and social services. All candidates must be adaptable to
float between units as needed. The role involves working with adult
and geriatric patient age groups. Candidates should be aware that
no time off will be allowed during the first or last week of the
contract. A thorough background check will be conducted as part of
the hiring process. Each applicant must submit a complete profile

Compliance with all requirements stated is mandatory for
consideration. Module training will be required during the
