Job Description Step into an instrumental role. Help conduct the smooth operation of a fast-paced-and friendly-financial planning office. The Associate Financial Advisor will assist the financial advisors in working with clients to help them achieve their financial goals. The employing advisor will lead you as you hone your skills and build rapport with a base of clients that you will service. As an Associate Financial Advisor, you will be instrumental in creating and delivering a unique client experience that defines and differentiates this rapidly growing practice. Responsibilities Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Support
  • Manage, gather and analyze client data
  • Work with clients to resolve issues and other practice management tasks as needed
  • Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts
  • Leverage natural market and referral opportunities to drive client acquisition
  • Contact under-contacted clients to set up appointments
  • Financial Planning & Advice/Product Solutions
    • Help prepare financial plans and other client deliverables
    • Identify Clients to engage or re-engage in planning relationships
    • Work with Senior Advisor to perform case analysis and develop recommendations
    • Implement Foundational Goal Based Advice for every client and drive results
    • Conduct and/or participate in client meetings
    • Product Solutions
      • Run illustrations and hypotheticals
      • Assess the clients risk tolerance, goals and time frame
      • Execute appropriate trades to align with proposed portfolio
      • Monitor economy, markets, and world events to assist in decision making of the investment committee
      • Conduct transactions on behalf of clients
      • Client Care
        • Maintain files and records in accordance with the records retention policy
        • Continually help develop and perfect processes and workflows to help with efficiencies
        • Review and respond to emails as necessary
        • Maintain client management system
        • Participate in daily and/or weekly staff meetings
        • Act as a technical resource and provide training to the team Key Traits of a Successful Associate Financial Advisor:

          • Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow Required Qualifications Example Qualifications:
            • College degree or higher
            • 2+ years of similar experience
            • Series 7, Series 66, and State life, accident and health insurance licenses (or ability to obtain)
            • Salesforce experience a plus
