Join IFS.As our senior consultant specialized in Financial processes, you will work closely with colleagues, ensuring we deliver value to thecustomerthrough our projects.To succeed in the role as a senior consultant, we expectyou are:
  • An expert in Financeprocesses
  • Good at guidingour customers in how to best utilize the IFS applications in relation to their business requirements.
  • Confident in designing and documenting solutions, challenge and advise customers, and deliver on expectation thusensuring success for both parties.
  • Triggered by the contrast of understanding the business objectivesand end-to-end processes, as well as digging down in details to achieve the best possible solution for both the customer and IFS.
  • Used to work in projects with implementation / upgrade of systems/applications or aftermarket processes on the customer or vendor side.
  • Experienced inadvising customers; from scoping solutions to implementation and rollout.We expect you to continuously want to develop and learnto stay relevant and being an expert who shares knowledge and experience with customers and colleagues. This includes staying updated within your field of expertise, on technology as well as the industry segments in which IFS operates.Must have:
    • An academic background with a universitydegree inIT, Engineering or Business Administration.
    • Experience in working with anERP or best-of-breed systemas a consultant, as key user at an end customer or other software supplier, with minimum 3+ yearsexperience.
    • In depth knowledge of the processes in the Financearea as well as a recognized financial qualification.
    • A profound interest in how systems can support business processes.
    • Commercial focus, business acumen and a "can-do" attitude.
    • Fluency inEnglish
    • Ability to work under time pressure, meet deadlines and prioritize actions in several projects at the same timePreferred to have:
      • Experience from working with IFS Applications
      • Experience of working in IT-projects; leading workshops, writing specifications, configuring applications, conducting training, documentation, etc.
      • Experience from modern applications and mobile solutions. Understanding of relational databases, SQL and XML is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
      • Understanding ofkey modelling techniques (proficiency in the use of 2C8 scope modelling tool will be an asset)
      • Experience and ability to act in the role of Presales when required
        • Salary Range:$110,000 to $125,000annually plus bonus
