Responsibilities : Plan, supervise, review, and complete engagements and deliverables Oversee and mentor staff, providing feedback and guidance on professional development Develop expertise in assigned areas and effectively utilize available resources to solve complex issues Build and maintain client relationships to support business growth Assist with administrative functions, including managing delegated projects Identify opportunities to expand services for existing clients Act as a trusted contact for clients, ensuring strong professional relationships Manage project workflows, staff assignments, and workload distribution Coordinate scheduling, planning, and execution to ensure timely completion of engagements Maintain profitability and oversee budgeting processes Assist with billing-related matters and inquiries ?We are an equal opportunity employer.
