Job Description Job Description The Pricing Support Partner will develop and maintain pricing for corporate accounts based on preferred manufacturer cost contracts and be a resource to Network Members on contracted pricing inquires WHAT YOU'LL DO: Ensure manufacturer contact information files are kept Request updated cost contracts from manufacturers to meet program timelines on price updates Follow up and track timely receipt of all cost contract requests Calculate updated prices from cost contracts, paying critical attention to accuracy and completeness with large volumes of products Upload price data into pricing system Communicate to Account Development Analyst for approval of updated price list, follow up as needed in order to ensure deadlines are met, and upon approval, publish updated pricing Communicate updated published pricing, cost contracts and other program changes to Member Distributors in a consistent and timely manner Master the complexities of the NETWORK business model and supporting corporate accounts Develop a thorough understanding of corporate account product and pricing needs, g. key manufacturers, key product categories, pricing structure, business cycles, etc Proactively identify and resolve issues in establishing corporate account prices in collaboration with staff in Operations, Sales and at Member Distributors Maintain files available to internal and external stakeholders on corporate accounts Maintain an awareness of Network’s business plan objectives and ensure all activities drive toward achieving those objectives Additional tasks and projects, as assigned WHO YOU ARE: Strong data management skills handling large volumes of data Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy High degree of proficiency in intermediate/advanced level of Excel; ability to perform formulas, v-lookup, pivot tables, etc Ability to perform mark-up / margin calculations, formulas and basic math functions Demonstrate project leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent initiatives Self-starter and creative problem solver with ability to work both independently and within a team Results driven, with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills WHAT YOU'LL HAVE: Minimum 3-5 years of analytical work and large volume data management, with price file management a plus Purchasing and/or distribution background a plus Bachelor’s degree with concentration in business or finance preferred If no degree, or Associate’s degree, then 10 years of equivalent and directly relevant work experience WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive compensation Medical, dental, & vision coverage Generous PTO policy Summer/Flex Hours all year round Learning & Development Opportunities Progressive Wellness Program 401k matching program Generous Profit Sharing contribution FUN work environment with many company sponsored events OUR CULTURE & WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT Our Values are the strategic principles that guide the company and our associates. The actual starting salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills and abilities. In addition, to base salary, Network associates are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, retirement contributions, opportunities for career growth and professional development.
