Salary: $91,200 to $164,200 plus comprehensive benefits and performance-based compensation. Position Overview: We are seeking an Audit Manager to join a dynamic and expanding practice, providing leadership on audit engagements, managing high-quality client relationships, and contributing to business development efforts while supporting the growth of the assurance team. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead and manage audit engagements across commercial and nonprofit clients. ? Oversee, mentor, and develop A&A associates to support long-term team success. ? Deliver exceptional client service while managing multiple projects and timelines. ? Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and industry insight. ? Collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives and proposals. ? Ensure audit quality and compliance with professional standards. ? Support the growth of the practice through operational excellence and leadership. Qualifications: ? 5 years of public accounting experience. ? Commercial and Nonprofit audit experience required. ? Proven leadership and staff-development abilities. ? Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. ? Business development experience required. ? Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Master’s preferred. ? Active CPA license required.
