Your expertise will be vital in managing communications, monitoring surveillance equipment, and making critical real-time decisions. Monitor and operate sophisticated communications and surveillance systems. Coordinate the deployment of security personnel to various locations as needed. Log all incidents and actions taken in a clear and concise manner. Maintain constant communication with onsite security personnel to gather and relay updates. Provide prompt responses to emergency situations and ensure appropriate measures are taken. Assist in the training of new dispatch staff as required. Proficient in the use of communication technologies. Ability to handle stressful situations and make decisions quickly. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Certified Protection Professional (CPP) - ASIS International Emergency Telecommunicator Certification (ETC) is highly advantageous
