What You'll Do As our Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the crucial link between Midwest Salt and our valued customers. You'll handle the complete customer journey—from initial orders to delivery scheduling and issue resolution. Your ability to make the ordering process simple and seamless will directly impact our customers' satisfaction and loyalty. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Creating exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and online interactions - Processing and managing customer orders from multiple channels (phone, email, website) - Coordinating deliveries and ensuring timely communication with customers - Managing customer interactions through the e-commerce platform - Resolving product concerns, billing questions, and other customer inquiries - Managing accounts receivable for recent transactions - Processing customer credits and refunds according to company standards What We're Looking For - Ability to make our customers feel heard, validated, and like you're a friend trying to find a solution for them - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude - Basic computer proficiency (training provided on our systems) - Positive, energetic personality with a desire to learn and grow - Degree preferred About Midwest Salt At Midwest Salt, we don't just deliver salt – we deliver excellence. Position Details - Salary: $48,000-$53,000.
