(ASL) Interpreting, certified ASL Interpreter credentials, and 1
year of experience as an ASL Interpreter in educational settings.

considered. An opportunity is available for a skilled Sign Language
Interpreter to support communication within a school environment
located in Racine, WI. This role requires providing accurate and
effective interpretation services for students and staff, ensuring
accessibility and inclusion for individuals who use American Sign
Language (ASL). Key Responsibilities: Interpret spoken language
into ASL and vice versa during classroom instruction, meetings, and
school events Facilitate communication between students, teachers,
and other school personnel Maintain confidentiality and
professionalism in all interactions Collaborate with educators and
support staff to promote an inclusive learning environment Travel
between various school locations as needed within the assigned area
Preferred Qualifications: Proficient in American Sign Language with
strong interpreting skills Previous experience working in
educational settings is highly desirable Excellent communication
and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple assignments
and adapt to different classroom environments Reliable
transportation to accommodate travel requirements Location: Racine,
WI travel between schools will be required. This position offers an
