Finishing Polisher/ Stainless Steel Stainless Steel Brush Finishing Polisher Key Responsibilities: Perform brush finishing and surface preparation on stainless steel components. Use Dynabrade and similar pneumatic/electric finishing tools to grind and prep surfaces for powder paint coating . Ensure consistent finish quality and surface smoothness per project specifications. Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in optimal working condition. Work collaboratively with the coatings and fabrication teams to meet production deadlines. Qualifications: Proven experience in metal finishing , specifically on stainless steel . Familiarity with Dynabrade (or similar surface prep tools). Knowledge of grit progression , surface texture standards, and powder coating prep best practices. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
