Position Overview The Plant Manager will oversee all aspects of
manufacturing operations within the facility, ensuring efficient
processes, high-quality production, and adherence to safety
standards. The role requires a strategic leader capable of driving
operational excellence and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the plant to meet
production goals and quality standards. Implement and monitor
production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Lead
and develop plant personnel to create a high-performing team.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of
safety. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production
schedules and resource allocation. Analyze production data to
identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or
related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing
management or plant operations. Proven leadership skills with a
track record of managing teams effectively. Strong understanding of
process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. - For
