Genesis of Schaumburg is looking for Journeyman Technicians to join our growing team! We are seeking a skilled and experienced Genesis Automotive Technician with journeyman-level expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Genesis vehicles, as well as a passion for delivering top-notch service. Journeyman - $30 - $45 flat rate Key Responsibilities: Diagnosing and performing work on multiple car lines including Genesis. Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Performing work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology. Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Clean driving record Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check. 19 years of age or older.
