Diamond Precision, a distinguished leader in the aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors, is seeking a skilled 3rd Shift CNC Supervisor to oversee our CNC operations during night shifts. This role is critical for maintaining the high-quality production of our complex and precision components. The successful candidate will manage a team of CNC operators, ensuring compliance with safety standards and optimizing production efficiency. Supervise all CNC operations and personnel on the third shift, making sure all activities adhere to company standards. Monitor CNC machines for performance and accuracy, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Train and guide team members in the latest CNC machinery and techniques. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Strong understanding of CNC operations and programming. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
