We are currently seeking a skilled Field / Install Technician to join our Technical & Maintenance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe and efficient installation and maintenance of our mobility products, including ramps, lifts, and bathroom modifications. The ideal candidate will be technically skilled, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service to help our clients achieve greater independence in their living environments. Install, maintain, and repair mobility equipment such as stairlifts, ramps, and bathroom safety products following safety standards. Conduct site assessments and pre-installation inspections to ensure compatibility and safety. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with installed equipment, providing timely and effective customer support. Educate and train clients on the safe usage of installed mobility solutions. Maintain documentation of installations, service records, and inventory management. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Proficiency in using hand and power tools Strong problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals Excellent customer service and communication skills Physical dexterity and the ability to lift heavy objects Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Technician (e.g., CEDIA Electronic Systems Technician) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
