Sales Account Manager To match our aggressive growth, we are looking for an Account Manager to support our sales and recruiting efforts with some of our largest accounts across the country. Per S-- Group, Inc. is a staffing firm that specializes in the Energy industry, serving clients all across the country. Our corporate headquarters is in Downtown Wheaton, IL, walking distance from the Chicago Metra train station. This position is not about hunting new business, but growing existing business. It requires a high level of interpersonal skills, and the ability to cultivate long-term, meaningful professional relationships with our clients. This person will serve as a main point of contact for a percentage of our existing clients. As an Account Manager, you will: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Engineering and Renewable Energy industries Learn to negotiate salary rates and other conditions of employment Grow a territory through hands-on sales techniques and operating processes Requirements for Consideration: 5 Years in Staffing and Recruiting experience within a Staffing Organization Account Management or Sales experience with key accounts within the staffing industry.
