is seeking a Digital Channel Manager who will help create a
seamless anddelightful digital experience for BioLife donors,
leveraging email, SMS, and mobile. The ideal candidate will develop
and optimize these channels based on donor research, message
performance, gaps in segmentation, and overall business objectives.
This individual will drive the email, SMS, and mobile channel
strategies and oversee execution to support the overall BioLife
digital marketing strategy; this includes developing and testing
new ideas for content and message automation. They will also
contribute to the BioLife website and mobile app strategies,
helping to identify areas for improvement as well as opportunities
for value-add content and functionality. We are looking for someone
who has solid email marketing strategy experience. Experience with
Salesforce Marketing Cloud, content management systems, and Google
Analytics is required.Responsibilities include:Develop email, SMS,
and mobile push marketing strategies Drive digital marketing
communications execution across multiple channels Deliver
personalized communications at scale that align with our business
objectives and KPIs Present and execute ideas for how to improve
existing message content and automation Develop and test new ideas
for message content and automation Conduct competitive analyses for
each channel Assess website and mobile app for opportunities for
improvement Work cross-functionally to bring the brand promise to
life across all communications, leveraging the expertise of teams
within and outside of Marketing Contribute to special,
transformative projects that utilize digital donor communications,
providing marketing expertise to make certain that donors receive a
superior digital experience Ensure email, SMS, and mobile push best
practices are implemented and that each message is optimized for
its specific channel Develop in-depth knowledge of subscriber base
for each channel and tailor messaging to drive new and additional
conversions Oversee creation, scheduling, and approvals of emails,
SMS, mobile push messages, and landing pages Develop documentation
of current processes and future enhancements Monitor message
deliverability and engagement to optimize message segmentation and
ROI Enhance knowledge of CRM and campaign management Utilize Google
Analytics and Salesforce data to contribute to monthly message
performance reviews, providing insights into audience behavior and
areas of opportunity Own ongoing A/B testing schedule and provide
recommendations for improvements to implement going forward Manage
and update the email, SMS, and mobile push calendar Recommend
future digital channel initiatives based on industry trends,
results and best practices Digital Channel Manager Manage
relationship with email service provider and development team,
maximizing technology and resources Identify and help troubleshoot
technical issues, work with the Digital Experience and development
teams to resolve as needed Partner with creative agency and
development team to manage the creation of new email, website, and
landing page designs and functionality Build SFMC journeys as
backup to executional team member Nimbly develop situational
messaging and emails within and outside normal business hours, as
warranted by the business Report channel performance to key company
stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor's degree 7+ years experience
with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation,
analytics 2+ years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud,
Exact Target, Responsys or similar systems 2+ year's experience
with SMS marketing 2+ years experience with content management
systems 2+ year's experience with Google Analytics Experience in
HTML/CSS, AmpScript, and email design Understanding of ESPs and
industry trends Strong understanding of email best practices Highly
analytical and able to act on data through A/B testing and email
optimization Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint Self-motivated
and results-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration
skills Solid understanding of database management Must be able to
multi-task in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention
to detail Live in the Chicagoland area and work out of the
Bannockburn office weekly Additional Information:Travel
