Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Product Director to lead

Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch product
enhancements and ensure alignment with market strategy
Establish Go to Market strategy and define customer experience for
product solutions
Hire, develop, and retain top-tier talent while promoting best
practices in product management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, healthcare, or
related fields; MBA preferred
Minimum 8 years of experience in product management or related
fields, with leadership experience in the healthcare industry
Demonstrated success in defining market strategy and leading
product development
Proven ability to work closely with business and customers to
translate needs into product specifications
Experience in Agile methodologies and leading teams in a matrixed
organization
