JOB SCOPE:We are looking for an experienced Product Leader to lead the digital transformation of all things Tech Hub, which includes our Sears Home Services AI query and chat tools that are utilized by our technicians.JOB SUMMARY:The Senior Product Manager will spearhead our product strategy across our portfolio of applications. You'll drive the modernization of our ecosystem including LLM-enabled technician applications, field service management platforms, and AI-powered operational automations. Success in this role requires balancing strategic vision with hands-on technical expertise to deliver tangible business outcomes.SUPERVISION:Direct: Prod Mgr, Dispatch & Routing & Director, Supply ChannelsREPORTS TO:Chief Of Staff To The ChairmanJOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead product strategy development aligned with business objectives and oversee its execution through an empowered team of product managers.
• Drive API architecture decisions and integration patterns that enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement innovative digital strategies that align with business goals and drive the evolution of home services.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization, for digital tools and platforms within the Fulfillment domain.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of creativity, agility, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, field service teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
• Drive data-informed decision making, leveraging user feedback, analytics, and market trends to inform product development.
• Act as a thought leader and change agent, pushing boundaries and challenging the status quo to reimagine how home services are delivered.
• Stay current on digital trends and technologies, and proactively integrate best practices into product strategy and execution.
• Ensure seamless integration and experience across digital tools used by field technicians, enhancing their efficiency and satisfaction.
• Influence senior leadership and stakeholders, clearly communicating the product vision, progress, and value delivered to the business.
• Perform supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-10 years of related experience
  • Up to 25% travel
  • 18 years of age or olderREQUIRED SKILLS:
