We do not utilize OASIS documentation! All our RNs have IPADS and document electronically in our myKabaFusion app.
We have PT and Per Diem positions available.
KabaFusion is a home infusion company with 21 pharmacies and 24 nursing locations with the ability to service 40+ states. KabaFusion is a national company that focus on providing excellent patient care and positive patient outcomes.
Our home infusion nurses play an integral role in this process, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team of pharmacists, pharmacy techs, intake representatives, and the sales team across the continuum of care to ensure that prescribed infusion therapies can be safely and effectively administered in the home setting.
As a home infusion nurse, you will...
Make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Provide one-on-one patient care and education in accordance with the prescriber's plan of treatment.

What we are looking for:
Registered Nurse with license in good standing
Minimum 1-year infusion and/or home health experience
Excellent IV start skills
Current BLS certification
Current state Driver's License and auto insurance
