Job Description:
A facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine APP for Locum
Tenens coverage. Great museums like Burpee Museum of Natural
History and Discovery Center Museum fill Rockford, Illinois. Or
find a tour to fill your time on assignment like the Anderson
Japanese Garden, one of the top Japanese gardens in North America!
The provider will need to BC/BE on Occ Med, FM, or IM. They will be
working 8a - 5p M-F and they require a DOT certification. The
average patient volume is 8-10 PPD and on busy days can reach up to
16 patients. the EMR the site uses is EPIC. Dates Needed: June
start - September with the potential to continue Case Load/PPD:
