Job Description Job Description Family Medicine - Physician Opportunity We are looking for a Family Medicine physician to become part of a collaborative primary care team dedicated to providing patient-focused services within a well-established community practice. This position is primarily outpatient, with no inpatient duties, and utilizes EPIC EMR. Overview JOB DETAILS: Our established practice is seeking a Family Medicine, Med/Peds, or Internal Medicine physician who is either experienced or interested in population health to join our committed primary care team, catering to a growing community and patient demographic. The team comprises 2 Physicians, 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and additional support staff. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with one evening shift per week from 10 AM to 7 PM and one Saturday morning shift each month. On-call duties are 1:15, with an After-Hours Triage Call Service handling initial calls. This role does not involve any inpatient responsibilities. Utilization of EPIC EMR is required. Full-time clinical base salary range for this position: $285,000-$305,000. This salary range is an estimate and may vary based on factors such as the critical need for the position, overall experience, community requirements, and other considerations. Additional compensation components, including bonuses or incentives, may apply based on performance metrics. POSITION SUMMARY: The Physician will provide compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care while fostering positive working relationships and demonstrating collaborative, team-oriented behaviors with staff physicians, nurses, and other medical personnel. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a licensed physician in the state of practice. Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the state to prescribe narcotics, if applicable. Board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty(ies). Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges. Eligibility as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs is required. Must meet all qualifications to participate in our professional malpractice and liability coverage programs. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that aligns with the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served.
