Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Berwyn, IL Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,244 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery / Mother Baby Nurse – Illinois Start Date: February 2, 2026 Location: Berwyn, Illinois Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 36 hours per week, night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), every third weekend Highlights: LDRP model – provide continuity of care from labor through delivery, recovery, and postpartum Combined Labor & Delivery and Mother/Baby responsibilities Consistent 12-hour night shifts with predictable weekend rotation Full-time hours with work-life balance built into the schedule Opportunity to build strong relationships with patients throughout their birth experience Requirements: Current RN license in Illinois (or ability to obtain) BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required C-EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification required Experience in Labor & Delivery and/or Mother/Baby nursing preferred Why It's a Great Opportunity: This LDRP role offers the rewarding experience of caring for mothers and newborns throughout the entire childbirth journey, from the first contraction through those precious early bonding moments.
