Wisconsin, 53548! Job Title: Emergency Room Nurse Profession:

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC or TNS Must-Have: Flu
vaccination Description: We are looking for an experienced ER RN
for this position. The candidate must possess an active RN
licensure. Flu vaccination is required. BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and
either TNCC or TNS certifications are necessary. The candidate may
work in multiple Emergency Department locations. This position
involves utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with
interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
Responsibilities include administering prescribed medications and
treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques,
policies, procedures, and standards of care. Candidates will
document according to standards of care. Performing assessments,
planning, intervention, and evaluation of care is essential.
Developing, initiating, and executing a patient plan of care
according to the individualized needs of the patient is required.
The candidate will participate in department or unit performance
improvement activities, which may include shared governance.
Utilizing clinical expertise and providing guidance to other units
in support of the patient’s longitudinal plan of care is expected.
Candidates must exercise critical thinking regarding patient safety
and patient experience and appropriately escalate to the chain of
command. Participation in professional nursing continuum processes,
unit practice activities, decisions, and peer review processes is
