A facility near Manitowoc, Wisconsin, is seeking a Family
Practice Physician to serve as their Medical Director. Salary:
$253,000 and up, based on years of experience Family Practice
Physician Medical Director Full-time or part-time permanent role
available Clinic operates Monday through Friday with flexible
scheduling options Family Practice Physician Medical Director
Provide leadership in delivering high-quality ambulatory and
primary care services, ensuring each patient receives comprehensive
evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment Guide and support a
multidisciplinary medical team, fostering collaboration and
professional growth among clinical staff Establish and maintain
evidence-based clinical protocols and care standards to optimize
patient outcomes and operational efficiency Monitor and assess
clinical performance through audits, data review, and continuous
improvement initiatives to uphold the highest standards of care
Family Practice Physician Medical Director Requirements: Must hold
an active Wisconsin medical license (MD or DO) Board certification
or eligibility in a Primary Care specialty Current Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification Demonstrated experience in quality
management, utilization review, and process improvement The
