Conduct patient evaluations, including assessing mental health conditions and disorders. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Prescribe medication and monitor its effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary. Provide psychotherapy and counsel patients and their families. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance care. Stay updated with advancements in psychiatry to improve patient care. Maintain patient records with utmost confidentiality and compliance. Proficient in various diagnostic and therapeutic psychiatric techniques. Strong empathy and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and families. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry. Valid and active medical license. DEA certification.
