Interventional Radiology Location: South Bend, IN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,326 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technician Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:00 - 15:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Indiana State License (active by start) Certifications: ACLS, Fluoro Permit, ARRT R, BLS Must-Have: - Ability to scrub cases and familiarity with wires - Familiarity with GE and Siemens Fluoro rooms - Experience in vascular interventional radiology, including endografts and neurovascular procedures Description: The position requires an Interventional Radiology Technician. The shift is 5x8 days, primarily from 07:00 to 15:30, with on-call hours. On-call requirements include one day a week and weekend call every third or fourth weekend. Daily caseload per technician ranges from 10 to 15 cases. First-timers are accepted for this position. Travelers must reside at least 50 miles from the facility. Pending state licenses are acceptable but must be active by the start. Candidates should have experience in scrubbing cases and using various interventional devices. The department deals with neurovascular cases, including stroke thrombectomy procedures. This facility supports a combination of trauma and oncology patients. Technicians will work with interdisciplinary support teams, including physical therapy and respiratory services. Candidates with experience in pediatrics, adolescents, and vascular interventional radiology are preferred. Special emphasis is placed on scrub experience and familiarity with thrombectomy devices for stroke cases. Essential skills include hemodynamic monitoring, embolization techniques, and various interventional procedures. The work environment involves outpatient, adult ICU, and procedures requiring contrast and biopsies. All travelers must adhere to professional conduct standards and are expected to complete required modules prior to the start of the assignment.
