Job Description Job Description & Requirements Urology Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $450000.00 - $575000.00 A respected, physician-led healthcare system in Northern Indiana is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join its established, high-volume practice. This opportunity offers strong patient demand, a balanced clinic and surgical mix, and a highly supportive, collaborative culture. Opportunity Highlights Established Practice: Join a busy general urology group with immediate patient volume Clinic OR Mix: Balanced outpatient clinic and surgical cases Comprehensive Scope: General urology including cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, stone disease, incontinence, and BPH procedures Advanced Technology: Access to robotic and laparoscopic surgery in the hospital Strong Support: Dedicated APPs, nursing staff, medical assistants, and an experienced practice manager Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p (half-day Friday possible) Light Call Immediate Volume: Busy from day one with a strong internal and external referral base Compensation & Benefits Sign-On Bonus: $35,000 Residency Stipend: $2,000 Partnership Track: Eligible after one year Compensation Model: MGMA-aligned with strong long-term earning potential Full Benefits Package Community Information Located in Northern Indiana , within driving distance of major Midwest metro areas Family-friendly communities with excellent schools and affordable housing Easy access to regional and international airports Abundant outdoor recreation, dining, and cultural amenities Qualifications Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology Facility Location South Bend is the unofficial home of Notre Dame University, which is located just north of its city limits.
