Job Description:
Reporting to the VP Human Resources you will partner with
assigned teams to set strategy, develop interventions/programs and
oversee the daily accountabilities for the Conagra Brands Finance
organization. Manage several areas of Human Resources support,
including recruitment and retention, staffing and orientation,
employee relations, project management, training and development,
and assisting in the coordination of human resource planning
projects. The position will spend a significant amount of time
leading and developing others, building relationships with
management throughout the organization and driving the functions
strategic plan. You Will:
- Partner with business and HR Leadership to co-create business
specific human resource strategies aligned with the needs of each
business
- Develop HR professionals, applying enterprise HR resources to
meet our needs
- Partner with other teams, to develop thoughtful
strategies/programs regarding employee engagement, staffing,
organizational design, talent management, training, compensation &
benefits, labor relations, change management and diversity &
inclusion
- Provide coaching and advise management on ways to administer HR
programs and manage and resolve complex employee issues
- Oversee overall management of Human Resource compliance
programs, including EEO, unemployment, AAP, litigation, retention,
termination, turnover and severance issues. May conduct difficult
employee counseling sessions regarding EEO charges, ADA, FMLA,
performance and termination
- Monitor and stay informed about employee relations' trends and
practices through the analysis of external HR metrics and internal
performance indicator (KPI) data
- Employ candidates in the face of extremely competitive market
conditions, identify and select candidates with the skills and
philosophy compatible with the needs and culture of the
organization
- Protect our interest while complying with government
regulations by communicating awareness of the legal effects of all
personnel actions
- Lead special projects that may be enterprise-wideYou Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree
- Master's degree in Business or Organization Development,
PHR/SHRM-CP
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources,
with 3 years managing others
- Experience with ERISA, EEOC and DOL regulations, employment
sourcing, communications, human relations, and management
skills
- Experience with benefits and compensation administration,
market pricing, labor law, and organizational development
- Experience evaluating digital data and thinking critically
- Lead teams in a virtual environment
- Conflict management skills
- Experience leading change, including organizational
structure
- Experience with HRIS; Workday preferredOur Modern
