The candidate will be responsible for legal research, writing, drafting and preparing motions, briefs, pleadings, and papers and other litigation documents legal analysis, formulating legal strategy, managing written and oral discovery, appearing in court, tracking time, etc. Strong litigation skills, such as managing all phases of discovery, including propounding and responding to written discovery, electronic document production, and taking and defending depositions are required. Must have previous experience in a law firm. The candidate must have outstanding organizational and time-management skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients is required. Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills are needed.
