Job Description Job Description Summary/Objective We are looking
for an experienced and reliable Driver/Pressure Wash Technician to
join our team. The ideal candidate will know how to operate a
high-pressure washing system to clean large areas, such as
buildings, walkways, and big vehicles, as well as preparing other
surfaces, such as wood, for sealing, repair or construction. When
working with the equipment, you will be required to ensure the
water supply is sufficient for the job and follow all industry
standards and safety regulations. Additionally, the ideal candidate
has industry experience, can work independently, and is willing to
drive to different job site locations. Essential Functions - Audit
the staging of trucks to ensure equipment and supplies match the
Staging Sheet. - Test machines and equipment assigned to each truck
to ensure proper function. - Perform visual inspections of trucks
and report discrepancies. - Identify and communicate any additional
equipment needed to complete assigned jobs. - Properly use and wear
all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). - Travel to jobsites. -
Communicate in a professional manner. - Prepare all jobsites for
proper dirty water extraction and collection. - Apply various
chemicals to equipment, buildings, or other structures in
preparation for cleaning. - Planning, preparing, and complete
pressure washing of various surfaces and regular projects as
needed. - Execute all assigned work using proper tools and per work
order instructions. - Ensure compliance with all PWS Environmental,
Inc. procedures and guidelines. - Properly communicate progress via
approved method of communication. - Inspect wash area(s) before
leaving each work site for quality assurance. - Safely operates the
truck following all rules of the road & GPS technology. - Wash
truck at the end of the last stop. - Report any equipment failures
and complete paperwork. - Secure all company issued gear into
assigned areas. - Other duties as assigned. Competencies -

Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment This job operates in various environments
including customer residences, business locations, parking lots,
staging yards, and/or warehouses, buildings, parking garages, store
fronts, city streets and sidewalks. This role routinely uses
equipment such as pressure washing equipment, cleaning chemicals,
hoses, pumps, water extraction equipment, brooms, shovels, leaf
blowers, rollers, ladders, lifts, and scaffolds. Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those
that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the
essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of
this job, the employee is regularly required to hear and see. The
employee frequently is required to sit, stand, walk, climb, squat,
bend, twist, use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with
hands and arms. Must be able to lift 50lbs or more. Position
Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week
operation, and schedules will be provided a week in advance. This
is a full-time role. Hours may fluctuate week-to-week depending on
job site locations, route assignments, and operational needs, but
will be 30 hours per week on average. Travel This role typically
involves daily travel, depending on operational needs. Required
Education and Experience - Drivers require a valid driver's
license, Class B minimum. - High School diploma or equivalent
experience. Preferred Education and Experience - Valid Class B
Driver’s License. - 1 year(s) of driving experience – Class B. -
Working knowledge of OSHA. Additional Eligibility Qualifications -
Able to stand for long periods of time. - Able to climb ladders. -
Able to occasionally lift up to 50lbs. - Able to work outside in
adverse weather conditions. - Able to operate pressure washing
equipment. - Able to be available for on-call emergencies. - Have
access to reliable transportation. - Must be able to pass driving,
background checks, and/or random drug screening if applicable.
