We’re looking for a tech-savvy Air Freight Operations Supervisor to
lead daily operations, support a high-performing team, and ensure
shipments move quickly, accurately, and efficiently. This is a
hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced
environment and enjoys solving problems in real time. What You’ll
Do - Lead and support day-to-day air freight operations - Source,
negotiate, and approve competitive air freight quotes - Oversee
bookings and ensure seamless shipment execution - Troubleshoot
operational and system-related issues quickly - Handle escalations
and maintain strong customer communication - Drive process
improvements and support platform enhancements What You Bring - 3
years of Air Import/Export experience (lead or supervisory
experience preferred) - Background with a freight forwarder,
airline cargo, or GSA - Strong knowledge of air freight pricing,
routing, and capacity - Tech-savvy with strong troubleshooting
skills - Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment -
