Job Description Job Description Responsibilities Assemble lithium-ion battery packs, modules, and power-electronics sub-assemblies. Perform electrical, functional, and visual inspections on components and finished products. Assist with production line installation and workstation setup as needed. Use hand tools, soldering equipment, and test equipment such as multimeters and power supplies. Identify and report defects, test failures, safety concerns, or process issues. Accurately complete production and quality documentation. Maintain a clean, safe, and ESD-controlled work area. Essential Skills High school diploma or GED required. 3 years of experience in electronics or manufacturing preferred. Ability to read basic electrical schematics and assembly instructions. Experience with soldering, wiring, ESD controls, and electrical testing preferred. Knowledge of lithium-ion battery handling and safety practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naperville, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
