We're in search of a customer service obsessed Contractor Experience Specialist to ensure our contract employees and customers have a world-class experience throughout their journey with us. - -You'll be the face of our back office team, and the main point of contact for contractors and customers as they begin their experience with us and for most anything that comes later. From onboarding, to offboarding, timesheets and payroll, and to HR and benefits. You'll interact extensively with our business development and recruiting teams to ensure our contractors and customers get quick answers to all of their questions - some of them routine and some that require you to think on your toes. - -The role is 1 part customer service, 1 part administrative coordinator, 1 part timekeeper, 1 part human resources and 1 part problem solver. You'll have a structure to your day, but no two days are alike as the questions, tasks and projects that come up will vary from day to day. - -Successful candidates come from a variety of experiences - Retail, Restaurants, Customer Service, Admissions, etc., but at your core you must be obsessed with taking care of the customer. You'll spend a good amount of time on the computer and knowing your way around the basics of excel is super helpful. You'll also be writing formal correspondence and interacting with people via email every day so you must have great writing skills. Something will come up almost every week that you haven't seen or experienced before so you must be able to take initiative and be resourceful to find the answers. - -Responsibilities Include:Customer Service - -Act as the main point of contact for employee and client questions -

  • Responsible for monitoring and responding to any inquires received through the general department email inbox and telephone line. -
  • Proactively reach out to employees and customers with company updates
  • Responsible for Per S-- contractor experience including new start gifts, milestone recognitions, and periodic check-ins.? -On-boarding - -Coordination of new client and new hire on-boarding activities? -
    • Submit and review background checks and drug testing, distribute and collect new hire paperwork, review paperwork for accuracy, verify worker eligibility documents and I-9s and assist in new hire orientation. -Off-boarding - -Coordinate with contractors regarding the details of the end of their assignments -
      • Proactively reach out to contractors to ensure they have all of the required information about the end of their assignment including how to return equipment, their PTO balance, and benefit close out information. -Timekeeping - -Coordinate with contractors to ensure we have received their hours -
        • Reach out to contractors who haven't submitted their time to give them a gentle reminder
        • Transfer hours collected in client timekeeping systems to our timekeeping system
        • Troubleshoot time issues
        • Receive and enter PTO requests -Benefit Coordination - -Enroll, maintain and audit all employees benefits -
          • Educate and enroll employees in benefits, including Medical, Dental, STD, LTD, 401k, and PTO. -
          • Maintain benefit records and perform monthly audits. - -Administrative - -Assists in a variety of tasks and projects to advance the back office operations -
            • Creation and updating of required information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), timekeeping systems and Vendor Managements Systems (VMS) -Qualifications and Requirements:Customer Service obsessed -- experience within a customer service oriented field and an attitude that puts the customer first. -Detail oriented - -The little things make a big difference in this role - you have to get them right -Prioritization wizard - -you'll have a lot of things coming at you at once - how well do you figure out what's most important and how to maximize your time? -Problem Solver - -each day will bring new challenge - do you enjoy tackling them? -Excels in Excel - -it's unavoidable - you'll be using a lot of Excel - can you filter, sort, and do some intermediate level 'exceling'? -Communicator - -We're not looking for Shakespeare, but you do need to be able to write formal HR correspondence and professional email communications. -Teammate - -you'll be working with pretty much everyone in the company - are you someone who will support them and be someone they can count on without fail? -#pandoPandoLogic.
