As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey, the role of S/4 Functional Project Manager will be pivotal.McCain is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to ensure seamless execution within their scope on a global digital transformation. This individual will lead the project management for key initiatives within the SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation program. The role will work closely with McCain business, process, functional, technical, data & S4 SI resources to plan, execute, monitor, control & govern the data specific execution areas within SAP S/4HANA business transformation program. These functional areas will include (but are not limited to) finance, procure to pay, Vistex, order to cash, plan to schedule, supply chain (demand planning, supply planning etc.), market to order, commercials, manufacturing etc.Through project planning, project clarification, and process ownership, the Project Manager will facilitate creativity, help team members work together, remove impediments to progress, facilitate meetings, foster team empowerment and entrepreneurship, and enable the team to complete tasks on time at a high level of quality. The position requires a good communicator with experience in managing risks, adjusting schedules and tasks to meet committed timelines and can lead projects. - Partner with business, process, functional & Digital Technology
stakeholders to coordinate, plan & conduct workshops.
- Collaborate with business, functional, process & technical team
members to analyze & document the key decisions leveraging McCain's
framework & tools.
- Project plan, execute & govern the appropriate configuration
work in S/4HANA landscape to address mandatory changes in
partnership with key business, process, functional & technical
teams from McCain & S4 SI partner.
- Support OCM, business, process & functional stakeholders on
change initiatives as a result of moving from SAP ECC legacy
platform to SAP S/4 HANA digital landscape.
- Structure, define & operationalize the progress reports &
status dashboards.
- Develop best practices, scalable mechanisms and repeatable
processes on all aspects of the business transformation: planning,
blueprinting, design, build, test & deploy phases of the program
- Utilize project tracking and common project management
principles (Project Management Methodologies - Waterfall, Agile,
Hybrid); mapping resources against objectives, track dependencies
and risks, assess impact of change across interdependent
workstreams and projects.
- Ensure OCM plans are aligned with overall project timeline and
processes and work with the OCM Team to address potential conflicts
and/or interdependencies.
- Support program & PMO Leadership managing key stakeholder
relationships & expectations across the Digital Technology and
Business Transformation leaders by maintaining effective
communication cadence and driving timely & effective escalation &
resolution of risks and issues
- Manage the day-to-day work activities of team members,
organizing and coordinating the team, and leading project status,
daily huddles, and working meetings
- Collaborate cohesively with partners & ensure that they are
performing in accordance with contractual obligations
- Drive the finance & resource management of the assigned
workstreams within the program leveraging the set forth McCain
financial & resource management tools & frameworkREQUIRED
QUALIFICIATTIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science,
or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP implementations, including
end-to-end S/4HANA implementation.
- Proven experience of working as a functional project manager in
at least one global SAP S/4 HANA Implementation.
- PMP, SAP Activate Project Manager certification and familiarity
with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFE) is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a
data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exposure to global delivery and deep understanding of SAP
software and related technologies.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement
methodologies is a plus.
- Hands-on experience of Jira tool is highly desirable.PERSONAL
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels,
including C-suite executives.
- Able to approach conflict resolution and negotiation with
confidence and tact.

Package:$85,500.00-$114,000.00 USD annually + bonuseligibilityThe
above reflects the target compensation range for the position at
the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based
