Investment Consultant Senior Consultant This is a hybrid role (3
days in office) with the flexibility to work from an Aon office in
Norwalk, CT; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; or Bannockburn, IL. Aon is

- Leads all aspects of client deliverables, interfacing with
other teams in U.S. Investment Consulting; Is increasingly
transitioning into lead consultant role on most clients
- Identifies/develops opportunities on client accounts,
increasing scope of relationships
- Leads increasingly complex client relationships, providing
proactive and creative support to clients.; Applies good judgment
and appropriate follow-through with firm employees, investment
managers, trustees, and clients; Demonstrates initiative/ownership
of client and research-related work.
- Manages/delivers loosely defined and complex practice area work
and client projects
- Efficiently manages internal resources for effective handling
of multiple client projects
- Area of client focus is public plans and/or Taft-Hartley
plans
- Adds to U.S. Investment Consulting thought leadership on public
pension funds and/or Taft Hartley funds
- Supports new business activities
- Demonstrates clear understanding and ability to articulate
value proposition of all U.S. Investment Consulting services
- Functions collaboratively across Aon solution lines and other
regional leadership teams
- Leads/manages/mentors junior colleagues in the firm
- Leads ad hoc projects for U.S. Investment Consulting
senior/local leadership Skills and experience that will lead to
success
- Experience in a financial/investment consulting environment,
preferably working with institutional clients
- Experience working with public plans and/or Taft-Hartley
investment progams
- Strong technical and analytical skillsnderstanding of finance
theory and investments
- Advanced writing and communication skills
- Clear and proven client relationship management
skillsEducation: Bachelor's degree in relevant area (e.g.,
business, finance, economics). Advanced degree and/or CFA and/or

at any time. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this
position intended for U.S. applicants is $120,000 to $175,000
annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's
education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal
equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be
adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The actual
salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual
incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in
addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is
subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive
plan. Aon offers a comprehensive package of benefits for full-time
