This full-time role is all about soaking up knowledge, supporting
the Store Manager, and getting ready to take the helm.
Responsibilities: Knowledge Sponge: Absorb everything from our
seasoned managers about running a top-notch retail operation.
Future Leader: Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training,
and developing the store staff, with an eye on building your own
future team. Sales Driver: Dive into the numbers, analyze sales
data, and support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
Operational Expert: Oversee daily store operations, manage
inventory levels, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Primary Contact: Step up as the primary point of contact in the
Store Manager’s absence, ensuring seamless operations. Required
Skills: Hungry to learn – you've got that fire in your belly to
soak up everything you can about retail management. Natural born
leader – you've got that spark that inspires others to step up and
be their best. Customer service wizard – you know how to make every
customer feel like they're the most important person in the room.

Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early
mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights

compensation. While the base salary range for this role is $19-$26
per hour, your total compensation package will also include
