will be responsible for managing the inside sales activities
related to entering the written patient intakes into a system,
effective follow-up with the families and the patient and
establishing the initial meeting with patients with one of our
professional clinical staff and makes up 40% of the role. In
addition, the remaining 60% of the role will be dedicated to our
digital marketing, CRM data entries, event coordination and direct
mail campaigns for our recruiting, referral sources and community
outreach strategies. This encompasses both B2B and B2C experience
required. You will report to the Director of Business Development
and Marketing and will need to be able to partner and maintain
solid working relationships with other Director level personnel,

Qualification: 40% of Role
- Enter into our ABS (our company system) all written
intake/inquiries from potential clients with effective email,
snail-mail and telephone follow-up with overall goal of securing a
professional clinical appointment with patient and their
family.
- Required at times to assist office taking the original incoming
calls (intakes) directly from potential clients and write out the
intake for entry.
- Ensure phone, email and snail-mail follow-up with the referral
source that recommended BrightStar Care in coordination with the
Director of Business Development regarding:

- Status of intake to referral source and next steps to achieve a
positive outcome for client.
- Thank you/recognition to referral source
- Manage the outstanding list of "active intakes" from our ABS
system to bring closure to list of potential patients by actively
reaching out to the patient regarding next steps towards a
professional nurse meeting.Digital Marketing: 33% of Role
- Expert at achieving Google positive reviews from current and
past clients
- Focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system:
- Populate and edit new and existing detailed ‘Referral Source'
records to build-out the database for marketing and social media
campaign purposes
- Must be willing to assess the accuracy of the data being
entered from 3rd party lists, written and electronic referral data
and from the Internet
- Populate the CRM system in preparation for the next stage of
utilization, i.e. social media, e-mail ‘drip' campaigns, etc.
- Become the subject-matter expert on the vast CRM social media
capabilities and the execution of launching key social media
campaigns throughout the year
- Establish best practices on reaching DuPage county private
duty, medical staffing and pediatric market through various CRM
tools; database, social media, etc.Direct Mail and Event
Coordination: 27% of Role
- Execute marketing plan on scheduled direct mail campaigns that
range in purpose from recruiting, touchpoints with current and past
clients, community outreach and referral source contacts.
- Coordinate and contract with third party service providers of
professional lists and contacts to target market our direct mail
campaigns
- Assist Director of Business Development in
coordinating/planning of events related to continuing education,
annual Open House and conferences/forums that occur during the
week/week nights as well as those on weekends.
- Some opportunities for you to attend local elderly/senior or
pediatric health fairs and special local events during week to
promote BrightStar Care as needed.Requirements
- Two years minimum experience with a background in marketing,
public relations or a related field.
- Must be a highly motivated, at self-starter and capable of
working autonomously with strong organization and problem-solving
skills
- Inside sales experience that goes beyond the follow up phone
call with the potential client through a variety of venues: Email
and Direct Mail as tools for effectively reaching them and achieve
the appointment.
- Demonstrated samples of your digital marketing and direct mail
initiatives
- Sales experience on progressing the ‘call' from intake to an
appointment and effective follow – up.
- Excellent writing skills for social media content
development
- Excellent attention to detail including grammar, punctuation,
presentation, etc.
