Job Description:

looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our growing
Sales and Business Development team. In this role, you will harness
your networking and client management skills to drive sales
engagements, promoting our comprehensive energy solutions to meet
diverse customer needs in the public and private sectors. This is a

sustainable energy solutions across the U.S., making a real impact
on the environment and Constellation's growth. Identify and secure
new business opportunities to meet sales targets in the energy
sector. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in
sectors such as manufacturing, municipal authorities, large-scale
residential property management, and more. Understand client needs
and propose customized energy solutions that align with
Constellation's services and capabilities. Coordinate with
technical teams to ensure accurate product application and
compliance with regulatory standards. Negotiate contract terms and
close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and sustainability of
business relations. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory
changes that impact the energy sector. Prepare and deliver
presentations to potential clients and at industry conferences.
Contribute to the continuous development and refinement of sales
strategies. Proven sales track record in the energy, utilities, or
related industries. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency
in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to understand
technical and regulatory aspects of energy products. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification in
Sales Management (CSM) preferred. Knowledge of energy management
systems or renewables certifications is highly advantageous.
