Job Description Job Description We own commercial buildings in Southeast Wisconsin. We are seeking to add a full-time person to perform general maintenance at all of our locations. Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Travel to various buildings to perform work. ?
